With over 40 years of dedicated experience as a psychotherapist, my journey began in 1981, when I graduated with a bachelor's degree in social work from The Ohio State University. I later earned a master's in social work from Case Western Reserve University in 1983. Over the years, I've practiced in multiple states, including Ohio, Arizona, and my current home in Illinois. Details: This is a combined support and education group. Tweens and teens are welcome. Participants will learn various anger management skills. You will find support in being with other members who have the same concern. Role-playing and other creative teaching skills will be utilized to help individuals and group participants learn to use new strategies and techniques to manage anger.

Details: This is a support and education group for parents of tweens and teens with substance abuse issues. One focus will be how to identify the warning signs of the beginning use of cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs. The second objective will discuss how to recognize the dangerous signals of relapse as well as educating parents on how to help their tweens and teens when they do relapse.
